Refund policy
Order Processing and Shipping:
We strive to process and ship your orders promptly. Standard shipping orders are typically processed within 3 business days, while Premium or Express shipping orders are shipped the next business day. Delivery times vary based on location, supplier location, and shipment mode, ranging from 48 hours to 15 days.
If selected products are not in stock, we will provide an estimated shipping time during checkout or through a follow-up email. For multiple shipping addresses, an additional fee will be charged. Most orders are delivered within 10 days.
Shipment Tracking and Liability:
Upon shipping, we will email you the shipper’s reference number. We are not responsible for courier delays or if the customer is unavailable during delivery. While we commit to timely and quality delivery, our liability for loss in transit is limited, subject to changing limits.
Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy:
Unused fabric out of return window may be returned for credit if currently stocked, in good condition, and within a reasonable timeframe. Restocking or shipping charges may apply, determined by us emails us to check.
Please note that returns due to color variations between the image and actual fabric will not be accepted. We encourage you to review the product page disclaimer carefully before placing your order.
Cancellation of Orders and Refunds:
Confirmed orders can be canceled via email before shipping and within 2 days from placing orders. Refunds, subject to normal banking procedures, are issued upon order cancellation.
Refund for Out of Stock Items:
If we are unable to ship purchased items due to unavailability or damage, we shall inform you within 2 days and process a refund, subject to normal banking procedures.
Refunds and Wrong Products:
For faulty, or different items, we refund the purchase price and delivery charges or provide a replacement. A return within a timeframe of one day with proof of purchase is required.
Refunds and Exchange Process:
Returns are accepted for defective products. An email to enquiry@weavelength.com with product images, invoice, packaging details, and batch number within 24 hours of delivery is necessary. Allow 5 to 7 days for processing, during which we may assess damage or defects.
Full refund or exchange without additional charges is applicable for damaged or wrong products. Return shipping charges for wrong/defective product shipments are covered by Weavelength.
Non-Reimbursement:
Weavelength does not reimburse transaction charges, bank charges, or non-recoverable miscellaneous charges.
